ZOFIA POWELL

Zofia Powell grew up in Georgia. She always had a passion for painting and this passion grew as she studied under David Boyd Jr. She continued her art studies at the University of Georgia and was inspired by impressionist artists such as Paul Cezanne, Vincent Van Gogh and Claude Monet. The study of these and other impressionist artists inspired the style in which Zofia paints. While she grew up learning Plein Air painting, she evolved into subject based abstract paintings.
